Why we exist

We observed a massive inefficiency in how most companies acquire their leads. So we did what anyone would do.

We found a better way to do it.

 

One of us brought over the market research approach used in handling due diligence for the biggest investment banks and applied the same level of detail to narrowing down a company's prospects. The next guy came in with his sales expertise to have a consultative outlook on how we engage. Another one of us figured out how to leverage the best of the tech world and create a smart system that optimizes market research and outreach. A fourth one came on board soon after, he could make content more human and disarming. And finally, we all put our heads together to tie everything up.

Developing a world-class tech product like yours is not something we can pull off, but what we do well is make sure it reaches the people who are familiar with the problem you’re passionate about solving.

HEAD OF STRATEGY

Suroop

Suroop, is a rebel turned entrepreneur. He believes in helping oneself by helping others and lives by that mantra. While not working on InTraction you will see him binge-watching all things sports or looking for things outdoors to try his hand at, in his quest to leave no bone unbroken in his body. Drawing up business strategies and planning team outings are his forte.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Govind

Govind gives the vibe of a deep thinker while in reality, he is busy thinking what is the easiest way to get things done. Sees the world in black and white, or blue and grey, while trying to add to the business the vibrancy that his wardrobe lacks. Heading Day-to-day operations, he’s also InTraction’s in-house DJ queuing up our daily playlists.

HEAD OF SALES

Arvind

Just like how his motorcycle can traverse all terrains, Arvind believes every roadblock has a way around it. Applying this thought to his sales strategies as well, he’s always looking to find the solution that benefits all parties involved. Heading sales at InTraction, trust us when we say he can even sell Suroop the idea of a weekday cheat meal or Govind the idea of a 10 AM beer.

HEAD OF DESIGN

Manikandan

While inTraction was in the trenches looking for the final infinity stone, the Design Sorcerer crossed paths and took over everything design at InTraction; well that's Mani. Having started out at Deloitte, Mani thinks in 3D and aspires to bring artistry to whatever he is doing, be it creating masterpieces at InTraction or destroying most of us at Fifa.
